Welcome to Resume LaunchPad. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with us.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

OUT SERVICES

Resume LaunchPad provides professional resume writing, cover letter development, LinkedIn profile creation, 1:1 consultation
sessions, and career development workshops for students, schools, and individuals. We also offer tailored packages for schools and education providers that include on-site sessions, presentations, and consulting services. Service descriptions and pricing are detailed on our website and may be updated at any time without notice.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

When engaging our services, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and correspondence.
  • Respond to communication requests and provide feedback promptly.
  • Ensure that all supplied information (text, data, images) belongs to them and does not breach third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Review and approve drafts within the stated review period.

Resume LaunchPad is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect client information.

TURNAROUND TIMES

Turnaround times for resume and related services commence only once the required information and payment have been received. Standard turnaround is 4–5 business days for personalised resumes, unless otherwise specified. Expedited services may be available at an additional fee.

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure payments via Wix, Stripe, or other authorised gateways.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalised nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced. If you cancel your order before work begins, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be issued. Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases at the sole discretion of Resume LaunchPad management. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

REVISIONS & EDITS

Each resume service includes one round of revisions within 48 hours of delivery. Further edits or upgrades (e.g. adding a cover letter, LinkedIn profile, or additional revisions) may be purchased separately. If no feedback is received within 48 hours, the project will be deemed complete.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All templates, branding, materials, and documents created by Resume LaunchPad remain the intellectual property of Resume LaunchPad.
Clients are granted a licence to use their completed resume or materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Reproduction or redistribution of Resume LaunchPad materials is prohibited without written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY

Resume LaunchPad complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
All personal information is collected and stored securely and used only for the purpose of delivering our services.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While we take great care in providing accurate, high-quality materials, Resume LaunchPad cannot guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or selection results. Our services are designed to enhance presentation and readiness but do not assure specific results.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resume LaunchPad is not liable for any loss, claim, or damage arising from the use of our services.

SCHOOL & INDUSTRY SERVICES

Schools, RTOs, and industry partners engaging Resume LaunchPad will receive a written proposal outlining the scope of services, inclusions, and pricing.
Separate partnership terms may apply to on site resume writing days or consultancy engagements.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Resume LaunchPad reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply from the date of publication
